MIAMI, FL — A severe multi-vehicle accident has occurred on I-95 Northbound this morning, resulting in a total standstill for commuters heading into the city. Emergency services, including Florida Highway Patrol and local fire departments, are currently on the scene.
The crash, which involved two passenger vehicles and a commercial tractor-trailer, happened shortly after 8:00 AM. While no fatalities have been confirmed, paramedics are treating several individuals for non-life-threatening injuries.
"We are asking all drivers to seek alternate routes immediately. We expect the northbound lanes to remain closed for at least the next two hours as we clear debris," said a spokesperson for Highway Safety.
